Ceremonial Cacao

from £25.00

As a Cacao Guardian, I am here to honour and to share this gift:

Ashaninka Ceremonial Cacao - Ethically Sourced from Peru.

Our Cacao comes directly from small, traditional farmers in Peru. Each batch is prepared with care using ancestral methods, honouring the rich cultural heritage and sacred lineage of this heart opening plant medicine. This is heirloom bean and criollo variety. This Cacao is pure, minimally processed to retain it’s full spectrum of natural minerals, flavonoids, and sacred essence. It’s gentle nurturing energy supports presence, reflection, emotional release, meditation, and spiritual practice.

I only work with Cacao that is ethically sourced, respecting both the people who grow it and the earth. I have been using this Cacao since 2018 and it is my personal favourite for taste, connection, and trust in it’s ethics. I also have a deep connection to Mayan Cacao traditions, which we honour in ceremony.

Cacao Ceremony

Cacao ceremony is a sacred space to open the heart and connect with yourself and others. I have a deep connection to Cacao, and in ceremony we honour the spirit of this plant and it’s lineage.

How to Book a Ceremony?
Go back to the Work with me page to see upcoming cacao ceremonies in Glastonbury. I offer 1-1 on request or collaboration for your event. Please visit Contact Me page.

What to Expect
In ceremony we share ceremonial cacao in a calm and intentional space. The sessions may include guided meditation, sharing circles, and sometimes gentle sound healing tools. We join together as one tribe, supporting one another and honouring the cacao spirit and its ancestral lineage. This is a space to pause from the busyness of everyday life, listen inwardly, open the heart, and connect deeply with yourself and the community present. Each ceremony is held with care, allowing everyone to experience the cacao and the space in their own way.

Who it is for?
Cacao ceremonies are open to anyone who feels drawn to spend time in a mindful and heart-centred space. Often clients will come pain from old stories, circumstances in their live, things they have never dealt with emotionally, and Cacao allows you to soften, be held and feel again. Cacao is very good for heart chakra work if you are feeling low. No previous experience with meditation or ceremony is needed. All are welcome. If you have any health concerns please contact me. Please note Cacao is not psychedelic and cannot harm you.

Benefits
Many people find Cacao ceremonies supportive for emotional openness, reflection, and inner clarity. The space often brings a sense of calm, connection, and a deeper relationship with the heart. Ceremonial cacao also gently supports meditation, emotional release, and a sense of unity within community.

Lineage and My Cacao Path
I have been working with Cacao since 2018, beginning with a wonderful Shamanic Practitioner in the Channel Islands who works with many plant medicines. A few years later, I visited the Mayan Cacao Company in Mexico and learned more about growing Cacao. There, I felt a connection like none other, it affirmed my path, this is your medicine. I was later called to do Cacao ceremony training with a teacher from Bali, who first discovered Cacao in Africa. Seeing the unethical sides of the industry, she began teaching with a focus on integrity and respect. Ethics are my number one priority when it comes to Cacao. As it becomes more fashionable, it’s important to know where it comes from, who is serving and whether it is sourced from the earth or from pain.

Over the years, I have tried many Cacaos, but this ceremonial cacao is the one I work with, it is ethically sourced from Peru, from the Ashaninka Tribe deep in the Amazon jungle. I offered my first Cacao Ceremony in Portugal in a beautiful shala called Alma Mater, which translates as Soul Mother. Cacao, being a feminine plant medicine, connected perfectly with me.Since then, I have offered Cacao ceremonies, small festivals, and continue to grow in my work. My love for Cacao is pure and guided by good intention.

Francesca is fully qualified and insured.

I look forward to honouring and sharing the Cacao Connection with you.
